1.         What these terms apply to:  These terms apply to your use of the www.buzzybeetv.com website, related websites (including the Buzzy's Club and BBTV/My Studio pages) and our mobile applications.  You must always follow these terms when you visit this website or related websites (including the Buzzy's Club and BBTV My Studio pages) through your internet browser, or when you use our mobile applications (when we talk about "this website" in these terms, we always mean "this website, related websites (including the Buzzy's Club and BBTV My Studio pages) and/or our mobile applications"). 

2.         Other terms and conditions and access requirements:  If you want to create and upload content using this website, you will usually need to register as a member of Buzzy's Club.  The terms and conditions that apply to membership are available here.  Its free.  From time to time we may also offer other special services or competitions or sell products or services through this website.  Those products, services and competitions will have separate terms and conditions that users must follow.  Sometimes, your ability to access this website or use its features might depend on having software, hardware and connectivity that meets our technical specifications. 

3.         When we can change these terms:  We may want to change any of the information on this website, or these terms, from time to time.  If you keep using this website after we have made changes to the website or these terms, it means you have accepted those changes. 

4.         Logging in to Buzzy's Club:  Some parts of this website can be viewed by anybody, but other parts of this website (which we call "restricted content") can only be viewed by Buzzy's Club members, or people that have been sent an invitation from one of our Buzzy's Club members (which we call "invited guests").  The first time you receive an invitation to view restricted content, you will need to create a username and password.  You can use your username and password to log into Buzzy's Club and the BBTV My Studio service as an invited guest, and once you are logged in, you will be able to see the restricted content you have been invited to watch.  You must keep your username and password secret, and not tell anybody else what it is or allow anybody else to use it. 

5.         Watching content:  So long as you follow these terms, you may look at the public content on this website, as well as any restricted content that you are invited to watch, for your personal non-commercial purposes only.  Because this website is used by families and children, and because the content on it is protected by copyright (and other intellectual property rights), you must not copy any content from this website, forward any restricted content (or any links to restricted content) on, allow anybody other than you to view restricted content, create any works or materials that are derived or based on any content on this website, or otherwise do anything that might infringe our or our licensors' intellectual property rights, without our permission. 

6.         Making comments:  Sometimes, you will be able to send pre-recorded comments about restricted content that you view on this website as an invited guest.  You will not be able to create your own "free text" comments.

7.         Receiving emails:  Once you have created a username and password for this website, you will automatically receive an email every time one of our members creates a new piece of content that they think you might like to view.  If you don't want to receive any more automatic emails from us, you can "opt out".  However, once you "opt out" of receiving emails from us, you won't be able to log in to this website again unless you receive another invitation from a member, and create a new username and password.

8.         Our liability:  You use this website at your own risk.  We can't promise that this website will always be available, that it will be problem-free, or that any problems that arise will be corrected.  We won't be liable for any claims, losses or costs and expenses that arise out of or are connected to your use of (or inability to use) this website or your reliance on the information on this website, except where our liability cannot be legally excluded.  We don't make any warranties (except warranties that we cannot legally exclude) about this website.  By using this website you agree that we are not liable for any of the comments or content on this website that is generated by our users or members.  We don't usually monitor the content or comments that are put on this website by our users, and we don't actively control it, so please be aware that you might be exposed to content that you think is objectionable.  If you have any concerns about this website's content, please contact us.
